At Two Birds we love a grazing platter. Brimming with delicious produce and oh-so-instagrammable, they are perfect for small gatherings with friends or for easy at-home suppers when you can’t be bothered to cook. What’s more this rainbow of tasty cheeses, antipasti, crudites, dips and fresh fruit is a match for our own colourful and fabulous flavoured spirits.

If you’re new to platters, why not try this recipe from instagrammer @GirlCooksBoyBakes who we teamed up with to create a summer platter with a serve of our Pink Grapefuit & Pomegranate Gin. It’s really easy to throw together and would equally suit a serve of our Watermelon Gin.

Two Birds Grazing Platter


Watermelon slices
Your choice of cheeses (different colours and flavours work best)
Smoked salmon
Cherry tomatoes
Salad leaves
Green olives

1. Cut the watermelon, cheeses, smoked salmon and cucumber into grazing size portions
2. Arrange all the ingredients on a large serving plate or board by placing similar colour hues next to each other and fitting the food close together.
3. Serve with bagels on the side and a glass of Two Birds Pink Grapefruit & Pomegranate Gin serves with Indian tonic, ice and garnished with pomegranate seeds and a few mint leaves. Add a watermelon slice to the glass for decoration.
