Best for chocoholics: The Boozy Bunny and The Caramel Cup

Boozy Bunny Easter Cocktail
The grown-up versions of Easter treats. Satisfy your cravings for cocoa with either of these creamy salted caramel cocktails. Serve in a chocolate bunny or as a fun Martini.

The Boozy Bunny
Ingredients
35ml Two Birds Salted Caramel Vodka
50ml double cream
15ml caramel syrup
Whipped cream
Chocolate eggs
Chocolate bunny

1. Crush the chocolate eggs and set aside. Remove the top of a hollow chocolate bunny.

2. Add the vodka, double cream and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to thoroughly mix the syrup.

3. Strain into the chocolate bunny, top with whipped/squirty cream and garnish with crushed chocolate eggs.
 
 
The Caramel Cup
Ingredients
35ml Two Birds Salted Caramel Vodka
50ml double cream
15ml caramel syrup
Chocolate eggs

1.Crush the chocolate eggs and melt in a heatproof bowl. Allow to cool slightly and dip the rim of the martini glass into the chocolate then set aside; the chocolate will set quickly.

2. Add the Salted Caramel Vodka, double cream and caramel syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into the prepared Martini glass.

3. Serve and enjoy!
Best for dessert: Raspberry Gin Fizz and Eggspresso Martini
Raspberry Fizz Easter Cocktail
Give an Easter twist to your favourites with these simple recipes for a fruity gin fizz and a delicious Espresso liqueur and chocolate pairing. The perfect way to finish off your Easter lunch.

Raspberry Gin Fizz
Ingredients
50ml KEEPR's Honey Infused Raspberry Gin
70ml Raspberry Juice
20ml Vanilla Syrup
Lemonade
Good quality chocolate for the glass

1. Melt the chocolate and dip in the rim of a highball glass. Put the glass in the fridge to set for 15-20 minutes.

2. Put the gin, juice and syrup into a shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Carefully pour into the glass, avoiding the rim, and top with lemonade.
 
Easter Espresso Martini
 
Eggspresso Martini
Ingredients
50ml Two Birds Espresso
100ml Fresh Espresso
20ml Honey Syrup
Chocolate eggs

1. Pour everything in a shaker, strain into a Martini glass and garnish with chocolate eggs.
Best as an aperitif: Honey and Orange Gin Fizz and a simple G&T
Honey Gin and Orange Fizz Cocktail
A great way to start off your Easter meal is with a refreshing serve that will stimulate your guests’ appetite for the Easter lunch. Try English Heritage Organic Dry Gin with its’ lively array of garden botanicals, served simply as a G&T, or for those with a sweeter palate, try this Honey and Orange Gin Fizz.

Honey and Orange Gin Fizz
Ingredients
50ml KEEPR’s Classic Honey Infused Gin
1 orange
150ml sparkling wine, Prosecco or Champagne
1 rosemary sprig
3-5 ice cubes

1.Using a vegetable peeler, peel a strip of orange peel from the orange for garnish. Twist and pin using the rosemary sprig.

2. Halve and juice the orange. Pour the orange juice through a sieve.

3. Add the ice to a gin glass, add the gin and then the strained orange juice. Top with the sparkling wine and finish with the rosemary and orange strip garnish.
 
English Heritage Organic Gin and Tonic
 
English Heritage Organic Dry G&T
Ingredients
50ml English Heritage Organic Dry Gin
Indian Tonic
Rosemary
Slice of lemon

1.Add the gin to a highball glass and top with ice and Indian tonic.

2.Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
