White Russian Cocktail

This warming cocktail blends the sweet taste of coconut with rich Keepr's Espresso Vodka for a twist on your usual caffeine fix

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Keepr's Special Charity Edition Vodka

20ml Keepr's Espresso Vodka

25ml Honey Syrup (see below)

35ml Coconut Milk (almond or whole milk fine)

Chocolate twizzle

  • Add coconut milk, espresso vodka and the pure vodka to a Boston tin.

  • Fill 3/4 with ice and shake hard for 5-10 seconds

  • Pour directly into a Rocks Glass

  • Garnish with a chocolate twizzle.

Honey Syrup

In a small saucepan simmer gently (do not boil) 1 jar of Keepr's honey and 75ml of water. When the honey has dissolved remove from the heat. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge for 7 days or freeze.
