White Lady Cocktail

White Lady Cocktail

The delicately sour but refreshing White Lady Cocktail for a stylish sip made with Dodd's Gin, triple sec and lemon juice

 Ingredients

Method

45ml Dodd's Gin

25ml Triple Sec or Cointreau

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Egg White

10ml Sugar Syrup (see recipe below)

Lemon Slice to garnish
  • Shake the ingredients over ice and strain back into the shaker
  • Dry shake vigorously and pour into a chilled coupe glass
  • Garnish with a lemon slice.

Sugar Syrup
In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
