Our 'Violet Collins' uses the crisp, floral flavour of Two Birds Parma Violet Gin to create a wonderfully distinctive alternative to the traditional Collins cocktail.

Sugar Syrup

In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
