Two Birds Negroni Cocktail

Designed as an aperitif, a good Negroni is the very definition of balance and simplicity. Made with Two Birds London Dry Gin.

 Ingredients

Method

25ml Two Birds London Dry Gin

25ml Sweet Vermouth

25ml Bitters (we use Campari)

1 Fresh orange peel
  • Pour gin, vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass.
  • Add ice and stir until chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel.
