St Clement's Cooler Cocktail

A sparkling, citrusy cocktail, the St Clement's Cooler is refreshing and light and made with just a handful of ingredients

 Ingredients

Method

50ml English Heritage St Clement's Gin

50ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

10ml Lemon Juice

20ml Simple Syrup

Soda Water

Orange Zest to garnish

  • Combine the ingredients and shake over ice. 

  • Pour into a high ball glass and top with soda water.

  • Garnish with a twist of orange zest.

Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
