A zesty and almond sweet gin cocktail, the St Clement's Club evokes fond memories of Christmas past

 Ingredients

Method

50ml English Heritage St Clement's Gin

20ml Amaretto

15ml Lemon Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup (see below for recipe)

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Dried citrus fruit to garnish
  • Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake over ice
  • Strain into a coupe glass
  • Garnish with dried citrus fruit.

Sugar Syrup

In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
