50ml English Heritage St Clement's Gin 20ml Amaretto 15ml Lemon Juice 10ml Sugar Syrup (see below for recipe) 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters Dried citrus fruit to garnish |

Sugar Syrup
In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
