50ml Keepr's Smoked Honey Bourbon

50ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Dash of Angostura Bitters

200ml Ginger Ale

A sprig of thyme and slice of charred orange peel
  • Pour smoked honey bourbon, orange juice and Angostura over ice
  • Stir to combine
  • Top with ginger ale and garnish with a sprig of thyme and a slice of charred orange peel.
