Sloe Gin Fizz Cocktail

A seasonal sip that dates back to the 17th Century, Sloe Gin is an enduring spirit bringing a sense of tradition to the table. Make our Sloe Gin Fizz for a contemporary slant on this classic.

 Ingredients

25ml Keepr's British Sloe & Honey Gin

25ml Keepr's 1606 London Dry Gin 

35ml Fresh Lemon Juice

10ml Simple Syrup (see below)

Slice of Lemon

Ice 

Soda Water
  • Add Sloe Gin, 1606 London Dry Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup (or sugar) to a Boston tin filled halfway with ice
  • Shake vigorously until chilled
  • Taste then adjust with additional lemon or simple syrup if required
  • Shake and strain cocktail into a glass filled with ice
  • Top with soda and garnish with lemon.

    Simple Syrup

    In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
