50ml Two Birds Rhubarb Gin

150ml Ginger ale

Angostura bitters

Fresh rhubarb
  • Add your ice, 50ml of Two Birds Rhubarb Gin and a few dashes of Angostura bitters to a glass.
  • Top with ginger ale and stir.
  • Garnish with fresh rhubarb.
