Raspberry Gimlet

Raspberry Gimlet, a seasonal twist on the traditional lime and gin recipe, made with ripe raspberries and our British Raspberry & Honey Gin. 

 Ingredients

Method

100ml Keepr's British Raspberry & Honey Gin

25ml Lime Juice

25ml Raspberry Simple Syrup (see below)

Fresh Raspberries to garnish

  • Combine lime juice, raspberry syrup and the gin to a cocktail shaker over ice.

  • Pour into a pre-chilled glass.

  • Garnish with raspberries.

Raspberry Simple Syrup

Dissolve 2/3 cup of water and 2/3 of a cup of sugar in a pan over heat. Remove from the heat and stir in a cup of raspberries. Leave to steep for an hour before passing through a strainer.
