Raspberry Collins

Our Raspberry Collins is a sweet and colourful Honey Gin twist on a Tom Collins, made with summer's seasonal raspberries. 

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Keepr's Classic London Dry Gin with British Honey

6 Raspberries

Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Soda Water

Fresh Raspberries to garnish

  • Muddle the gin with raspberries.

  • Add a squeeze of lemon.

  • Serve in a high ball glass with plenty of ice and top with soda water.

  • Garnish with raspberries.
