Lemon and Pepper Ramses gin cocktail

 A cocktail with a spicy kick, the Ramses is made with our IWSC gold award-winning Lemon & Pepper London Dry Gin. 



50ml Keepr's Lemon & Pepper London Dry Gin

35ml Ginger & Pepper Syrup (see below)

Cloudy lemonade

Pink peppercorns

Lemon wheels

  • Add ginger & pepper syrup with the gin to a Boston tin.

  • Add a small handful of crushed ice and shake until you can't hear the ice.

  • Add ice cubes to a coupe glass.

  • Single pour over ice, top with cloudy lemonade and garnish with pink peppercorns and lemon wheels.

 Ginger & Pepper Syrup

Chop up 100g of fresh ginger and add to a pan with 100g of sugar and 200ml of simmering water. Infuse for 20 minutes then add 10g of black peppercorns. Cool and strain. The syrup can be kept in a glass jar in the fridge for 7 days, or you can freeze.
