Fun, fruity and full of tropical flavour, our Passion Fruit Martini fuses Two Birds Passion Fruit & English Vodka with fresh passion fruit, lime and vanilla for pure sunshine in a v-shaped glass.

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Two Birds Passion Fruit & English Vodka

20ml Passion fruit puree (passion fruit pulp mixed with a little sugar and water)

15ml Vanilla syrup

15ml Lime juice
  • Shake the ingredients together over ice before straining into chilled Martini glasses.
  • Garnish with a passion fruit half, and if you’re feeling really extravagant, serve with 25ml of quality Champagne/Prosecco on the side.
