Parma Violet Gin Martini

Our gin inspired Martini has all the right notes of a classic Martini but with a, not so subtle, twist - using the distinctive, crisp, floral notes of our Two Birds Parma Violet Gin.

 Ingredients

50ml Two Birds Parma Violet Gin

25ml Lemon juice

15ml Maraschino liqueur

Lemon peel & lavender sprig to garnish
  • Add all your ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well for 30 seconds.
  • Strain the contents into a chilled Martini glass.
  • Garnish with a lavender sprig & lemon peel spiral.
