London Calling Cocktail

Dodd's Old Tom London Calling Cocktail

A twist on a gin sour, Dodd's London Calling is a contemporary cocktail with a delicious and fresh taste

 Ingredients

Method

40ml Dodd's Old Tom Gin

15ml Fino Sherry 

20ml Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup (see below)

3 dashes of Grapefruit Bitter
  • Mix Dodd's Old Tom, Fino Sherry, lemon juice, sugar syrup and the grapefruit bitter in a cocktail shaker
  • Strain into a sour glass over ice cubes
  • Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
