50ml Keepr's British Strawberry, Lavender & Honey Gin 25ml Lemon Juice 20ml Lavender Syrup (see below) Sparkling Water 1-2 Strawberries |

Lavender Syrup
In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat, add a few pieces of fresh washed lavender, cool completely and strain. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge for 7 days or freeze.
