Kissmopolitan Cocktail

Our Valentine's Day take on the classic Cosmopolitan. The Cosmo gained a bit of notoriety in the 1990s when it was made famous by a certain 'Sex and the City' show. A fun, fruity cocktail given a Two Birds shake up for Valentine's Day.

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Two Birds Strawberry & Vanilla Gin

25ml Cranberry juice

15ml Lime juice

1/2 Egg white (from 1 egg)

5 Strawberries

Ice
  • In a mixing glass muddle five strawberries.
  • Add all the other ingredients and ice.
  • Shake for 30 seconds. Double strain into a cold coupé glass and garnish with love heart sweets.
