Keepr's Collins Cocktail

Keepr's Collins Cocktail

 When life gives you lemons, turn them into a Keepr's Collins Cocktail. Made with our 1606 London Dry Gin, lemon juice and sparkling water, it'll certainly make any sour day turn sweet.

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Keepr's 1606 London Dry Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Simple Syrup (see below)

Sparkling Water

Lemon Wheels

  • Add lemon, simple syrup and the 1606 gin to a Boston Tin

  • Add a small handful of crushed ice and shake until you can no longer hear the ice shaking in the tin

  • Fill a hi-ball glass with ice and single pour the liquid over.

  • Top with sparkling water and garnish with lemon wheels.

Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
