Jubilee Sidecar Cocktail

The autumn flavours of our British Apple and Honey Vodka, lemon, honey, apple juice and cider combine in this Jubilee Sidecar Cocktail

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Keepr's British Apple & Honey Vodka

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Honey Syrup (see below)

25ml Cloudy Apple Juice

20ml Somerset Cider

  • Add the lemon juice, honey syrup, cloudy apple juice and cider to a Boston tin. 

  • Add vodka

  • Fill the tin with 3/4 of ice and shake hard for 5-10 seconds

  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Honey Syrup

In a small saucepan simmer gently (do not boil) 1 jar of Keepr's honey and 75ml of water. When the honey has dissolved remove from the heat. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge for 7 days or freeze.
