HEATHER HONEY

Raw Honey from the Welsh Ling heather ‘calluna vulgarise’. Our Heather honey has a very strong, distinctive flavour which is highly sought after. Drizzle over porridge or pairs well with Cheddar cheese or Stilton.

BORAGE HONEY

Raw Borage Honey has a light, delicate favour. The bees feed from the blue star power which is harvested for its medicinal oil. Collected with care from hives in the Cotswolds and Oxford. Clear, with a light delicate flavour from the blue starflower. Pairs with mild cheeses, pickles & figs.

BLUEBERRY HONEY

MATURE HONEY

Unique dark amber honey, spicy with a hint of smoke, mango cent, strong, aromatic with a subtle aroma from Chestnut Trees (Castanea). For the French, this honey is the main and the most beloved honey. Aged for 10 years. Pairs with Blue Cheese & Cheddar.
