1 Pint of Keepr's Classic London Dry Gin with British Honey

10 Lemons

Mint Leaves

Ice

Keepr's Honey to taste (optional)

• Squeeze the 10 lemons and strain into a jug.

• Add one pint of honey gin.

• 'Smack' the mint leaves to bring out the flavour and add to the jug.

• Stir and pour over ice.

• If too tart, add honey to taste.
