Fresh Gimlet Cocktail

This simple Fresh Gimlet cocktail combines Keepr's Green Tea & Honey Gin with fresh lime for a gin sour that is easy to make at home

 Ingredients

Method

75ml Keepr's Green Tea & British Honey Gin

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

25ml Simple Syrup (see below) 
  • Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds
  • Strain into a cocktail glass
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and twist.

    Simple Syrup

    In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
