Fresh Fruit Bramble Cocktail

Bramble cocktail

A gin sour sweetened with blackberry syrup and the honey from our Keepr's Classic London Dry with British Honey. 

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Keepr's Classic London Dry Gin with British Honey

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Blackberry Simple Syrup (See below)

  • Combine the ingredients and shake over ice. 

  • Add extra blackberry syrup to taste and dress.

  • Serve over crushed ice. Top with soda water for a long version.

Blackberry Syrup
In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and 1 cups of blackberries to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat, strain and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
