50ml Two Birds Christmas Spiced Vodka 35ml Lemon juice 12ml Sugar syrup (see recipe below) 2 Dashes Angostura bitters ½ Fresh egg white Ice Lemon zest Dried orange and a sprinkle of cinnamon to garnish |

Sugar Syrup
In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
