BMV Splash Cocktail

The BMV Splash cocktail combines our Mint Chocolate Vodka Liqueur with fresh mint and in season apple and blackberry fruits

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Keepr's Mint Chocolate Vodka Liqueur

25ml Honey Syrup (see below)

25ml Cloudy Apple Juice

25ml Lemon Juice

20ml Somerset Cider

A sprig of fresh mint

3 Blackberries
  • Add honey syrup, cloudy apple juice, cider and lemon juice to a Boston Tin
  • Add the vodka liqueur
  • Fill 3/4 with ice and shake hard for 5-10 seconds
  • Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with the blackberries and fresh mint.

    Honey Syrup

    In a small saucepan simmer gently (do not boil) 1 jar of Keepr's honey and 75ml of water. When the honey has dissolved remove from the heat. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge for 7 days or freeze.
