Bees Knees Cocktail

A cocktail paying homage to our bees who work tirelessly so you can enjoy our honey gin. The Bees Knees literally means 'the best' - need we say more!

 Ingredients

Method

60ml Keepr's Classic London Dry Gin with British Honey

25ml Lemon Juice

Honey Syrup (Optional - see below)

  • Combine the ingredients and shake over ice. 

  • Pour into a pre-chilled glass.

  • Add honey syrup to taste (if using).

Honey Syrup
In a small saucepan simmer gently (do not boil) 1 jar of Keepr's honey and 75ml of water. When the honey has dissolved remove from the heat. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge for 7 days or freeze.
