Bee Keepr Cocktail

Bee Keepr Gin Cocktail

 The ultimate gin cocktail for honey lovers, the Bee Keepr mixes Keepr's Classic London Dry Gin with British Honey with orange and lemon for a zesty citrus but sweet taste.

 Ingredients

Method

50ml Keepr's Classic London Dry Gin with British Honey

25ml Honey Syrup (see below)

25ml Orange Juice

20ml Lemon Juice

1 Sage Leaf

  • Add honey syrup, orange juice and lemon juice to a Boston Tin

  • Fill 3/4 with ice and add 1 sage leaf

  • Shake hard for 5-10 seconds

  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Honey Syrup

In a small saucepan simmer gently (do not boil) 1 jar of Keepr's honey and 75ml of water. When the honey has dissolved remove from the heat. Keep in a glass jar in the fridge for 7 days or freeze.
