1606 Tom Collins

The citrus botanicals of 1606 Gin are a happy match for a Tom Collins cocktail

 Ingredients

Method

50ml 1606 Gin

20ml Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

Soda Water

Ice

  • Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup (see recipe below)

  • Top with soda water and plenty of ice.

Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan bring 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Keep in the fridge in a glass jar for 7 days or freeze.
