Our signature London Dry Gin is a single batch distilled Premium Gin using the finest 100% English grain spirit.
This is a premium quality gin, full of character and classically juniper led, that is perfect for a G&T and smooth enough for a Martini. It is distilled in the traditional way that evokes the legacy of the London distiller’s centuries ago. The words ‘London Dry’ are still synonymous the world over with quality gin.
Our gin has an abundance of juniper and a selection of other traditional botanicals such as angelica, cardamom and liquorice, together with our own organic lemon and orange that we grow and pick ourselves in Spain. With the expertise of our master distiller, it produces a powerful and aromatic gin bursting with flavour, yet imparting a smooth and delicate finish on the palate.
TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE - CRYSTAL CLEAR
Nose - Exceptional balance of juniper with earthy pine, vanilla, and a subtle fragrance of angelica with peppery and fresh citrus notes.
Taste - Very classic, soft, clean and easy drinking. Low tones of vanilla and angelica with superb lingering citrus, with classic juniper and spice to finish.
