The British Honey Company is proud to have installed its own laboratory, December 2018, in order to test, monitor and quality assure all ingredients used in the production of its spirits and honey range.
In the first steps of her career path, The British Honey Company is pleased to have Alice on board as our Biochemist at our laboratory. Utilising her analytical skills and knowledge, she is making sure that all our honey and spirits are tested and legally compliant. The British Honey Company works alongside Oxford University to guarantee the authenticity of the honey they sell and ensure there are no foreign sugar, colourings, flavourings and other impurities.
Alice also manages all Health and Safety procedures and participates in the application of SALSA food standards required for the supermarket.
